ForeverFrom – Acceptable Use Policy

Effective Date: January 27th, 2026

ForeverFrom honors lives and preserves memories with dignity. This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") protects our community and Services. By using ForeverFrom, you agree not to misuse it in ways that harm others or the platform. Violations may result in warnings, suspension, or termination.

1. Respect for Human Dignity

  • No harassment, bullying, defamation, or threats.
  • No hateful, discriminatory, sexually exploitative, or violence-glorifying content.
  • No distortion, impersonation, or misrepresentation of real people (living or deceased).

2. Accuracy & Ownership of Content

  • Upload only content you own or have rights to use.
  • No misinformation or fabricated legacies.

3. Prohibited Technical Uses

  • No reverse engineering, extracting, or replicating our source code, models, or algorithms.
  • No scraping, harvesting, or automating data collection.
  • No using outputs to train competing AI models without written permission.
  • No interfering with security, bypassing controls, or disrupting service.

4. Advertising, Promotion & Influence

  • No unsolicited promotions, spam, or commercial advertising.
  • No presenting AI outputs as professional advice (medical, legal, financial) or official ForeverFrom views.

5. Prohibitions & Enforcement

Impersonation, Deepfakes & Deceptive Use. You may not:

  • Impersonate another individual (living or deceased), including through AI-generated content, in a way that is misleading, deceptive, or harmful.
  • Create or share deepfakes or simulated representations intended to mislead others about the identity, intent, or actions of a real person.
  • Upload or submit content that falsely claims to represent another person's thoughts, statements, or actions without appropriate rights or authorization.
  • Misrepresent AI-generated content as authentic, original, or human-generated when it is not.

Misuse of Personal Content. You may not:

  • Submit personal data, images, recordings, or other content relating to another individual without a lawful basis and appropriate consent.
  • Use the Services to create false, fabricated, or misleading legacies, narratives, or historical records.

Enforcement. ForeverFrom may, at its discretion and without prior notice:

  • Issue warnings;
  • Suspend or terminate accounts;
  • Restrict access to features or content;
  • Remove or disable access to content; or
  • Report conduct to relevant authorities where required by law.

ForeverFrom is not obligated to proactively monitor user content, but may review, investigate, and act on reported or detected violations.

Appeals.

If you believe an enforcement action was taken in error, you may submit an appeal by emailing appeals@foreverfrom.com with relevant details. We will review appeals in good faith and respond within a reasonable timeframe. Decisions are final except where required by law.

Indemnification.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless ForeverFrom from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your violation of this Acceptable Use Policy, including misuse of AI-generated content or submission of content without proper rights or authorization.
