Delete Your ForeverFrom Account

You may delete your ForeverFrom account at any time from within the app, from the website, or by contacting us.

How to delete your account in the iOS app

  1. Open ForeverFrom
  2. Tap the menu (☰) in the top-left corner
  3. Go to Profile
  4. Select Delete Account
  5. Confirm deletion

How to delete your account on the web

  1. Go to foreverfrom.com and sign in
  2. Click your profile icon in the top-right corner
  3. Select Settings
  4. Open the Account tab
  5. Scroll down to the Danger Zone and click Delete Account
  6. Read the warning and click Confirm Delete

What happens when you delete your account

When you delete your account:

  • Your account access is immediately revoked
  • Your personal data is deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy
  • Your conversations, memories, photos, and digital twin data are permanently removed
  • Connected logins (including Facebook Login and Apple Sign In) are disconnected

ForeverFrom does not sell personal data and deletes data consistent with applicable law.

Data retention and backups

After deletion:

  • Data is removed from active systems within 30 days
  • Some information may remain temporarily in encrypted backups or anonymized datasets as permitted by law and our Privacy Policy
  • We retain data only as long as necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements, as described in our Terms of Use
  • Anonymized or aggregated data that can no longer identify you may be retained indefinitely for analytics and service improvement

Facebook Login users

If you signed up using Facebook Login:

  • Deleting your ForeverFrom account deletes all data associated with your Facebook login
  • Removing ForeverFrom from Facebook does not automatically delete your ForeverFrom account

Request deletion without logging in

If you cannot access your account or have already uninstalled the app, you can request deletion by emailing:

privacy@foreverfrom.com

Include the following in your email:

  • The email address you used to sign up
  • A request to delete your account and associated data

We will verify your identity before processing the request. Deletion requests are typically processed within 30 days.
